Use the contact page to enquire about your preferred dates. Note Del Sol Treehouse is a unique and bespoke accommodation. Its charm lies in its imperfections, and we hope you embrace its quirks: The handcrafted timber structure has its own personality—some doors may catch, a few windows may not fully open, and the floor might creak in places. Just like any soulful place, it has weathered a few storms. Spiders occasionally weave webs in window corners—nature's creative touch! Due to its design, with multiple external staircases, unsecured verandahs, delicate interiors and step in bath, Del Sol is not suitable for children, pets, or those with significant mobility needs. Del Sol is for the wild at heart who appreciate character, charm and our connection to nature.

There are four tennis raquets and tennis balls stored in the chest on the balcony outside the front door for your convenience, if you are feeling energetic and fancy a hit at the Rosny Tennis Club. Book your court ahead of time here. I personally prefer to lay on the daybed, watching the comings and goings of the yacht club or wildlife outside.

Eve

We were absolutely amazed and delighted with this charming little treehouse. Beautiful views and beautiful interior, this was everything we could have asked for and more. Every little detail had been thought out, from the kitchen amenities to the tennis equipment left out for use at the local courts. Jizelle was extremely helpful and clear, lending us local tips and being super responsive. I could not rate this place more highly and am very grateful to have found this spot.

At Del Sol Treehouse, we humbly acknowledge that we are privileged stewards of this beautiful place. We recognise that it stands on the unceded lands of the Muwinina People of Nipulana Country, who have nurtured this land with wisdom, care, and respect for tens of thousands of years. Their sovereignty remains, as does their enduring connection to this Country. We pay our respects to their Elders—past, present, and emerging—and to all Traditional Custodians across Tasmania and beyond.
